5-Year Limited Warranty
Gulf Coast Flood Defense warrants our flood protection systems against defects in materials and workmanship for five (5) years from the date of installation.
What's Covered
- Aluminum barrier panels and hardware
- Track systems and mounting hardware
- Seals and gaskets
- Professional installation workmanship
- Corrosion protection on all metal components
What's Not Covered
- Damage from improper use or installation by others
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from extreme weather events beyond design specifications
- Damage from lack of recommended maintenance
- Consequential damages including flood damage to property
- Damage from alterations or modifications not authorized by us
Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim:

- Provide your installation date and job identification number
- Submit photos showing the issue or defect
- Allow our technician to inspect the system
- We will repair or replace defective components at no charge
Warranty Transfer
This warranty may be transferred to subsequent property owners provided we are notified in writing within 30 days of property transfer.
Maintenance Requirements
To maintain warranty coverage, systems must receive annual inspection and maintenance as outlined in your system documentation. We offer maintenance contracts to ensure warranty compliance.
