Service Agreement
By engaging Gulf Coast Flood Defense (TotalHomeProtection Pro) for flood protection services, you agree to these terms and conditions. All services are provided subject to these terms.
- Services include assessment, design, installation, and maintenance as specified in your service agreement
- All work is performed by licensed and insured contractors
- Installation schedules are subject to weather conditions and material availability
- Customer is responsible for obtaining necessary permits where required
Payment Terms
- Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements
- Typical payment schedule: 50% deposit, 50% upon completion
- Payment due within 30 days of invoice date
- Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly service charge
Cancellation Policy
Services may be cancelled up to 48 hours before scheduled installation without penalty. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to material and scheduling fees.
Liability Limitations
Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for consequential damages, including but not limited to flood damage that may occur despite proper installation and use of our systems.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Pinellas County, Florida courts.
